Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. 

Domestic orders will be processes and shipped within 3 days. It will usually take 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries will be processed within 5 days and then shipped.  It will take approximately 15 to 26 days for your product to arrive.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.


We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one. 

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Dick At Your Door - FAQ

Dick At Your Door have tested these chocolates in warm conditions and they went unmelted, but they've also had reports in mild climates where they were left on the doorstep in the sun and did melt. If you are concerned about the possibility of melting we offer insulated shipping boxes with Cold Gel Packs for a little extra during summer months.

Sure is. Each ding dong is hand crafted with care by a certified chocolatier.

Their chocolate dicks are as real as it gets. Coming right up to the American average penis size of about 5″ in length and completely solid to prevent breaking.

Since all their chocolate is made fresh, orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. The processing time is in addition to the shipping option you choose.

Each package is tagged and easily tracked online through their shipment tracking service. Once it leaves Dick At Your Door's warehouse, you will receive that tracking number so you can check on live updates as the package reaches it’s target.

What is better than sending an anonymous chocolate dick to someone in the mail? Their is something really special about knowing you have given something confusing with no hope of figuring out who the culprit is. That’s a special kind of torture.

Of course. They ship everything with complete discretion. The box has a gift company as the sender and won’t give your information out, unless you do something illegal (don’t do that) or involved in a legal lawsuit (sexual harassment, stalking, etc) and we are required by law. If you’d like the recipient to know who sent the dick, you will have to order it right from Dick At Your Door themselves, include a customized handwritten card and write whatever you’d like.
